About Me.
My name is Parker Fontecchio. I am a competitive Crossfit athlete and endurance athlete. I’m an all around coach. From coaching Crossfit, to strength and conditioning to your day to day personal training.
A little about my training. Currently I am training to compete in Crossfit while also doing some longer endurance based feats. From Rope Climbing Mt. Everest 29,032 feet 2,296 climbs, a 72 mile farmers carry, flipping a tire for 24 hours (7.5 miles), to an ultra marathon, to one rep maxes. I have experience in a complete variety of fitness.
